In this role, you will be at the forefront of the Generative AI revolution. We are looking for a developer who doesn’t just use AI, but understands how to weave Large Language Models (LLMs) into the very fabric of software applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, context-aware AI assistants that enhance user productivity and automate complex reasoning tasks. Your Technical & Creative Mission

LLM Integration & Application Development

• Model Orchestration: Design and implement software architectures that leverage LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to power conversational and task-oriented assistants.

• Contextual Intelligence: Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure AI assistants provide accurate, grounded, and data-driven responses.

• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine sophisticated prompt templates to guide model behavior, handle edge cases, and maintain a consistent “persona.”

System Engineering & User Experience

• Agentic Workflows: Develop “tool-using” capabilities for assistants, allowing them to interact with APIs, databases, and third-party software to execute real-world actions.

• Interface Design: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build seamless chat and voice interfaces that make interacting with AI feel natural and efficient.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement evaluation frameworks to track model accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction, iterating based on real-world performance.

Innovation & Research

• Stay Cutting-Edge: Monitor the rapid evolution of the GenAI landscape, testing new models, fine-tuning techniques, and deployment strategies.

• Privacy & Security: Ensure AI assistants handle user data responsibly, adhering to UAE data protection standards and ethical AI guidelines.

What You Bring to beBeeArtificial

• Technical Core: Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.

• GenAI Toolkit: Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.

• LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or open-source models via Hugging Face.

• Data Fluency: Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.

• Mindset: A hybrid of a software engineer and a creative problem-solver—you enjoy the “art” of prompting as much as the “science” of coding.
