Job Description: Account Executive 2, MENA
Egnyte, a Silicon Valley-born leader in cloud content security and governance, is expanding its footprint across the Middle East and North Africa. We are looking for a high-velocity Account Executive 2 to join our MENA team. This role is a perfect fit for a “consultative closer” who understands that in the modern enterprise, content isn’t just data—it’s a valuable asset that needs protection from ransomware, compliance breaches, and unauthorized access.
Based in a hybrid capacity (Sharjah/Dubai), you will be the spearhead for Egnyte’s growth in the Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors. You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, leveraging both direct outreach and a robust channel partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Territory Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for your assigned MENA territory.

Pipeline Mastery: Partner with Marketing and Sales Development (SDR) teams to generate a rolling 2-quarter pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Full-Cycle Sales: Lead the coordination of Solution Engineering, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to shape and close high-value contracts.

Methodology-Driven Selling: Utilize a structured, consultative methodology (e.g., MEDDIC) to maintain momentum and accuracy in forecasts.

Stakeholder Alignment: Orchestrate Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) with clients to ensure transparency and commitment throughout the buying journey.

Post-Sales Synergy: Lead seamless handovers from Sales to Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure long-term client retention.

Ecosystem Engagement: Travel to customer sites, partner offices, and major regional trade shows (like GITEX) to build a powerful professional network.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or Cybersecurity sectors.

Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic is essential. Additional languages (French, Hindi, or Farsi) are a significant advantage for the diverse MENA market.

Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-level executives (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs).

Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong. Experience in cloud governance or data security is highly preferred.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, driven, and accountable, with the humility to perform tactical execution alongside strategic planning.

Location: Ability to work remotely with a requirement of minimum 3 days per week in the office.
