Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to drive human resources strategy and operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing all HR functions, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and leading a team to support employee engagement, compliance, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department across core areas: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; manage disciplinary procedures when required.
- Lead employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR systems, HR analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
- Coach and mentor HR team members to meet departmental KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or service-based industries is preferred.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.
