We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our OTC trading and market-making services across Asia. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with our product, sales, and trading teams to attract new clients, drive revenue, and build strategic relationships across the crypto ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Expand OTC client base in Asia by identifying, targeting, and converting high-potential leads
  • Drive sales of project-based market-making services and ensure top-tier client experience
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth in crypto-native and institutional spaces
  • Sell Gravity Team’s trading infrastructure to other firms with proven strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players including VCs, exchanges, banks, traders, and payment providers
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with internal teams to develop new product offerings
  • Oversee the entire client lifecycle, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long-term engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto market-making, business development, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with OTC trading, DeFi, and market-making processes
  • Strong network within the crypto industry (VCs, foundations, exchanges, etc.)
  • Proven background in sales, with the ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in English (additional Asian language a plus)
  • Background in traditional financial markets is an advantage
