Job Description: Executive – Production (Mawathagama)
Location: Mawathagama, Sri Lanka

MAS Intimates, a leading global lingerie manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Executive – Production to ensure timely delivery and quality production aligned with customer requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet production targets and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve 100% Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT).
- Monitor sewing production closely to ensure adherence to customer quality standards and budgets.
- Work with Industrial Engineering and Work-study teams to identify and resolve production abnormalities through corrective actions.
- Enforce 6S, health and safety, and social compliance procedures to reduce waste, minimize costs, and promote lean manufacturing.
- Identify training needs, enhance employee performance, and maintain strong industrial relations within production teams.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Science, Textile, or Clothing from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of experience in apparel production or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
