Job Title: Token Listing Manager – Blockchain & Digital Assets

Job Description:

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end token listing process, collaborating with blockchain project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, compliance, and market success.

You will play a vital role in evaluating token listing feasibility, driving technical integrations, coordinating marketing efforts, and analyzing market performance to identify and onboard high-potential tokens that align with Bitget’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with blockchain project teams to assess token listing feasibility and initiate the listing process.
Manage technical integration, compliance review, and marketing coordination for token listings.
Collaborate with research, legal, and compliance teams to meet platform policies and technical requirements.
Analyze market performance of listed tokens and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with blockchain industry trends to source promising tokens for the platform.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in blockchain, fintech, or digital asset exchanges, with a preference for Web3-related roles.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent project management and communication skills with multi-stakeholder coordination experience.
Knowledge of compliance and risk management; experience working alongside legal teams is a plus.
Sharp market insight and ability to identify valuable blockchain projects.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
