Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at our hotel in Kandy. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, manage a talented team, control costs, and consistently enhance guest satisfaction. You will be instrumental in upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional culinary and service experiences.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and consistent service quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise F&B service and kitchen teams.
- Work with chefs to plan menus and maintain food quality.
- Monitor F&B costs, control inventory, and optimize budgets.
- Coordinate banquets, events, and special dining functions.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and company brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in food & beverage management, ideally in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent budgeting, planning, and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Hospitality degree or related qualifications preferred.
