Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all food and beverage operations at our hotel in Kandy. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and a proven ability to manage teams and budgets effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
  • Lead, train, and supervise service and culinary staff.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and food quality.
  • Monitor F&B costs, minimize wastage, and manage budgets.
  • Plan and execute events, banquets, and special functions.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in F&B management within hospitality (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
