Role Overview:
As an Affiliate Manager, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with key players in the crypto ecosystem — including influencers, brokers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). You’ll collaborate across teams to identify market needs, develop campaigns, and scale our affiliate network to support KuCoin’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage partnerships with influencers, brokers, and KOLs in the crypto industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and BD teams to drive user acquisition.
Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing plans to grow engagement and revenue.
Stay attuned to market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in crypto sales, business development, or affiliate marketing.
Passion for blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to listen actively to market signals and take actionable steps.
