Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and executing effective email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient with tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or Marketo, and possess a strong understanding of HTML/CSS and email best practices. Prior knowledge of capital markets or asset management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing, responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and aligned with brand guidelines.
Execute end-to-end email campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager, Pardot, SFMC, or Marketo.
Implement segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation workflows to maximize engagement and ROI.
Create and maintain lead nurturing programs to improve customer engagement and conversions.
Test emails across multiple devices and clients to ensure consistent rendering and performance.
Manage and segment mailing lists based on audience profiles and campaign goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and strategy) to align email efforts with larger business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience with email platforms (AEM, Pardot, SFMC, or Marketo).
Strong HTML/CSS skills tailored to email development.
Deep knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, and engagement best practices.
Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
Knowledge or interest in capital markets or financial services is an added advantage.
