WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking a skilled and passionate Manager – Education Centre to lead and oversee the daily operations of its Registered Training Organisation. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, driving strategic development, managing a team, and supporting student engagement and continuous staff development.

As a key member of the Learning and Development team, the Manager will collaborate with stakeholders from government, industry, and the community to build and deliver high-quality training programs aligned with workforce needs across rural and remote areas of Western Australia.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and strategic planning of the WACHS Education Centre.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee training delivery, administration, and support services for students.

  • Monitor operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
