Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Email & Chat)

Location: Colombo (or Remote, based on company policy)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage customer orders and resolve inquiries efficiently via email and chat. You will serve as the front line of communication, providing prompt and professional responses to customer questions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, product) to resolve customer issues
  • Handle complaints with empathy and work toward timely resolutions
  • Perform accurate data entry across relevant platforms to maintain updated records
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and adhere to service-level standards

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with good data entry skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or support platforms is an added advantage
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
