Kimbocorp is looking for driven, entrepreneurial professionals to join as Commercial Advisors, helping business owners, professionals, and investors in your country establish Singapore-based holding companies. As a freelance advisor, you will introduce clients to smart, scalable business structuring options and support them throughout the onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce at least 3 qualified business leads per month interested in Singapore holding structures
  • Guide potential clients through sandbox creation and pre-incorporation planning
  • Assist clients with shareholders, directors, and LOI structuring
  • Share proposals, follow up, and close onboarding deals
  • Collaborate with Singapore-based advisory team to support client setup
  • Attend weekly training and advisory sessions
  • Build and manage a local referral network
