Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Co-Founder to lead sales, operations, and creative initiatives alongside the Founder. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role that requires a startup mindset, strong execution skills, and a willingness to take full ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and close client deals; manage sales pipeline
- Oversee financials, including payments, budgets, and profit-sharing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services
- Contribute to content ideation, scripting, and creative strategy
- Collaborate with the Founder to define vision, goals, and business growth
- Bring new ideas, energy, and solutions to the team
- Operate with urgency, ownership, and a relentless focus on outcomes
