Job Description

RemediumOne is looking for a Trainee Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and support ongoing medical research projects. The role involves assisting principal investigators in organizing and managing clinical studies across a range of health conditions. You will gain hands-on experience in the healthcare research field while working in a structured, supportive environment inside government hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and implementation of clinical research studies
Monitor study protocols and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines
Maintain and manage research documentation and data using management systems
Interact professionally with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff
Provide administrative and logistical support during clinical trials

Required Qualifications & Skills

BSc degree in health sciences, bioscience, nursing, or a related discipline
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and clinical teams
Fluency in English and Sinhala (both verbal and written); Tamil proficiency is an added advantage
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Competency in MS Office, OneDrive, and online research systems
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required
Comfortable working in a government hospital environment
