Job Description:

  • Assist and advise buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate properties.
  • Lead negotiations using strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Understand and analyze market trends to guide clients on maximizing their return on investment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the property inventory across different market segments.
  • Match the best properties to meet the specific requirements of clients.
  • Proactively manage client relationships and maintain a professional and positive rapport with all clients.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Utilize CRM tools and systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication.

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • A diploma, degree and/or fully or part completed professional qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in either corporate banking, key account management, business development or handling high value sales is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and have effective problem-solving skills.
