Job Description
We are seeking a KOL/BD & Community Lead to join a stealth AI copilot project focused on Web3. This remote, full-time role involves leading business development with top Web3 key opinion leaders (KOLs) and communities. You will plan and execute referral campaigns, airdrops, and co-marketing initiatives to grow brand presence. The role includes hosting Twitter Spaces and building influence across crypto social platforms. You will develop a strategic partner ecosystem to accelerate product adoption and stay updated on market trends to refine growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- 1–3 years of business development experience in Web3 or crypto, with strong KOL connections
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Bonus: Experience as a KOL or influencer
- Strategic thinker with ability to integrate resources quickly and effectively
