We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to the General Manager to provide high-level administrative support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Executive Office, ensuring smooth communication, handling correspondence, organizing schedules, and maintaining professional standards in all tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and internal correspondence
  • Prepare and type various documents, including financial reports and business letters
