Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Assistant Front Office Manager to join our hospitality team. This role supports the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services. You will lead by example, guiding the front office team to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences to each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in managing the reception, concierge, and guest service functions
- Supervise front office staff to ensure timely and courteous guest interactions
- Oversee check-in, check-out, room assignments, and billing with accuracy
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless guest experiences
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as daily reports, inventory, and supplies management
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or guest services leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve guest issues promptly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with front office systems and hotel software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
