Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to support the Rooms Division Manager in leading daily Front Office operations at Amangalla. This role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, managing budgets, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager to set and maintain Front Office standards.
- Ensure adherence to Aman’s operational procedures and service quality.
- Optimize Front Office processes for efficiency and control over room revenue and expenses.
- Support credit control and ensure timely guest account settlements.
- Assist in business action plan development and execution.
- Uphold property image through excellent service, hospitality, and cleanliness.
- Manage departmental budgets and identify revenue opportunities.
- Promote team motivation and positive communication.
- Monitor guest satisfaction using Net Promoter Score and address feedback.
- Support training and development of Front Office staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong guest service and Front Office operations knowledge.
- Financial skills including budgeting, expense control, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with property management systems.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in Sri Lanka.
