About the Role
Elephant Teams is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a fast-growing wholesale and e-commerce client. If you have over 4 years of AP experience and want to take the lead in AP processes, this remote role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice handling, data entry, batch processing, and expense reconciliations
- Use large ERP systems like Microsoft AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 to manage high volumes of transactions
- Coordinate invoice approvals and resolve queries with business units and stakeholders
- Support week- and month-end closing activities related to AP reporting
- Handle transactions across multiple entities efficiently and improve processes for scalability
Requirements
- 4+ years of AP experience, with at least 2 years supporting Australian clients
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft AX 2009 / Dynamics 365 ERP systems
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+)
- Must reside in and have legal working rights in Sri Lanka
