Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Lecturer – Higher Grade with a strong academic and research background in business disciplines such as Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. The candidate should have experience in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programs, supervising research, and engaging in academic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures for Foundation, Higher Diploma, Top-Up, Bachelor’s, and Master’s programs
Teach modules including Research, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Management
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and dissertations
Design and update course materials aligned with international standards
Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance processes
Mentor junior academic staff and support faculty development
Contribute to academic administration including evaluations, moderation, and audits
Attend academic meetings and provide guidance to students during consultation hours
Support institutional goals through departmental and management-assigned tasks

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:

PhD in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (from a recognized institution)
Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline are mandatory

Experience:

Under 45 years preferred
Minimum 7 years of academic experience
Proven record of teaching at various academic levels
Experience in international academic programs is an advantage
Familiarity with curriculum design and academic quality systems
