About the Role:

Minor Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage planning, operations, and administration to ensure the highest standards in customer satisfaction, brand excellence, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality guest experiences
Plan and oversee F&B operations, including budgeting, staffing, and daily activities
Maintain cost control while ensuring superior food and beverage quality
Enhance menu variety and creativity across outlets and events
Collaborate with sales, marketing, catering, and banquet teams to maximize revenue
Monitor team performance and implement training and development initiatives
Drive team member satisfaction and elevate service standards from good to great

Required Qualifications:

College degree in Hotel Management or related discipline
Proven experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role
Strong business and commercial understanding
Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
Commitment to operational excellence and service innovation
