Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Operations Executive to support the HR operations of Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth people processes, team engagement, and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day People & Culture operations for both Anantara and Avani Kalutara resorts
- Support HRIS maintenance, recruitment coordination, and employee benefits administration
- Drive team member engagement initiatives and ensure timely internal communication
- Handle general administrative duties and ensure a smooth experience for all team members
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal HR inquiries
- Assist in CSR projects and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Prepare routine HR reports and contribute to a positive team culture
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management
- 2-3 years of HR experience in a star-class hotel environment
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment processes
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Confident, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
