Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Operations Executive to support the HR operations of Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth people processes, team engagement, and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day People & Culture operations for both Anantara and Avani Kalutara resorts
Support HRIS maintenance, recruitment coordination, and employee benefits administration
Drive team member engagement initiatives and ensure timely internal communication
Handle general administrative duties and ensure a smooth experience for all team members
Serve as the first point of contact for internal HR inquiries
Assist in CSR projects and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Prepare routine HR reports and contribute to a positive team culture

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management
2-3 years of HR experience in a star-class hotel environment
Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment processes
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Confident, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
