Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join our Pillimathalawa branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales functions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with their shopping needs
Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness
Monitor and manage inventory stock levels
Support sales staff in reaching branch sales goals
Provide accurate product information and recommendations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally
Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash transactions

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a retail or showroom setting is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
A proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented mindset
