About the Role:
British American Tobacco (BAT) is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join our Global Graduate Program – Leaf Function in Sri Lanka. This 18-month fast-track development program is designed to build the next generation of business leaders in agriculture and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured development plan across various areas of Leaf (Growing, Blending, Quality, Processing)
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive key initiatives
Gain international exposure and contribute to global projects
Apply academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios at an executive level

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or equivalent qualification
Up to 2 years of relevant work experience (Agri-business or Environmental Sustainability is a plus)
