Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Tour Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will design, organize, and manage customized travel itineraries while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Design personalized tour packages tailored to client preferences
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings
Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after the trip
Provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – Mandatory
Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
Experience in the tourism industry is advantageous, but not essential
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to commute daily to our office in Padukka
