Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete operations of the Horizon Club Lounge.
Deliver exceptional guest services from pre-arrival to departure.
Supervise and lead the Horizon Club team in daily operations.
Uphold hotel policies, quality standards, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Manage F&B operations at the Club level, including inventory and service quality.
Drive upselling of Club floor rooms to boost revenue.
Ensure a personalized and luxurious experience for all Horizon Club guests.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English and local languages (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
