Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to deliver exceptional, concierge-level service to our biotech customers and internal sales teams. You will address product, service, and order inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strengthening loyalty to Twist Bioscience’s innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide effective solutions.
- Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Process and validate sales purchase orders accurately, resolving errors.
- Assist customers in product selection, ecommerce navigation, and order status updates.
- Monitor key account orders and provide proactive internal updates.
- Generate sales quotes using Salesforce quote-to-cash system.
- (Japan Role) Provide guidance on import/export logistics and compliance for the Asia region.
- Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in the biotech industry.
- 2+ years customer-facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in G-Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.
- (Japan Role) Knowledge of Asia region import/export logistics and compliance.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts to cover multiple time zones.
- Monday to Friday, shifts available from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus flexible weekend shifts.
