Job Description:

As a Commissioned Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with digital publishers. Starting on a commission-only basis, this role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to transition to a competitive base + commission model based on your performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential publisher clients using industry research, referrals, and events.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships, understand client needs, and present Monetize More’s tailored ad-tech solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Monetize More at webinars, events, and conferences across APAC.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal technical and account management teams for successful client onboarding.
  • Reporting: Use CRM tools to track progress, manage pipelines, and provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on APAC ad-tech trends, competitor offerings, and digital publishing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably in ad-tech, digital media, or SaaS)
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and header bidding
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
    • CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
    • Self-starter mindset and results-driven
  • Regional Expertise: Knowledge of the APAC digital publishing landscape
  • Languages: Fluency in English; an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic) is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
