About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager (Inside Sales) to support the client’s global growth by driving solution-based selling to partners and end-users. You will work closely with top vendors like Docker, HashiCorp, and Sysdig to help scale their presence globally through a channel partner ecosystem. This role is part of the UK & Europe team focused on revenue and margin growth within assigned accounts or territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the specialist for key vendor partners, providing enablement and product knowledge
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, deal closing
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • Meet KPIs on pipeline development, revenue, and account expansion
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to support pipeline growth via events and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in partner management, account management, or business development in tech
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and company sales processes
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills with vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Experience in tech start-ups or software distribution companies preferred
  • Interest or background in enterprise software, DevOps/DevSecOps, Kubernetes, or cloud-native technologies is a plus
