Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Tech Lead to join our Sri Lanka team and work directly with a prestigious UK law firm. In this role, you’ll lead technical delivery, guide architecture, mentor engineers, and liaise with UK stakeholders—driving real change in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers on enterprise-grade .NET solutions
- Design and guide scalable architecture for legaltech platforms
- Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders and product teams
- Ensure software quality, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Promote agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills
- 6+ years in enterprise software development (2+ years in leadership)
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, Azure, SQL Server
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and secure development
- Excellent communication skills, especially with Western clients
- Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with legal tools (iManage, NetDocuments, Clio)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Interest or experience in AI/ML development
