Role Overview:
This programme offers a structured cross-functional development experience to help you grow as a business leader. You will gain deep understanding of market dynamics and collaborate with different business functions to achieve outstanding results. You will receive mentoring from senior leaders and engage with international teams on impactful projects.

Essential Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, science, or related fields.
Ideally 2 years of experience in agri-business or environmental sustainability (advantageous).
Strong leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
Excellent academic record and globally mobile.
