Essential Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in agriculture, science, or related field
2 years’ experience in agri-business or environmental sustainability (preferred)
Demonstrated leadership via extra-curricular activities
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, and result-driven
