Smart Vision IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Galewela. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their issues and inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. You’ll play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products and services
  • Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution
  • Provide clear information about services such as web design, hosting, and IT solutions
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience processes
