Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured rotational development programme across the Leaf supply chain

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or a related field
Up to 2 years’ experience in Agri-business or environmental sustainability preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular or volunteer activities
Agile, self-motivated, result-driven, and globally mobile
Strong academic record
